Vice President Rose Davis 104th Birthday

The 28th of July, was Branch Vice President, Rose Davis 104th Birthday.  We would normally have made a fuss of her at our monthly meeting but as that is not possible at the moment this morning our Chairman (Paul Sharp) delivered (socially distancing of course) a card and some flowers on behalf of the Branch. Paul’s wife, Debbie, made the card and managed to find a photo of Rose during her time in the Service.   Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, Paul had expected to leave the flowers with a member of staff, but Rose quite happily trotted down and stopped for a chat, before going out with her family later, an amazing lady.
